Crew Configuration

Insulation For Life believes in hiring the highest caliber employee possible, training them well, and providing them with excellent supervision. Each installation crew consists of a Foreman, Sprayer, and Crew Member. In addition to the crew Foreman, we have a full time Supervisor overseeing day to day activities of the crews. The Supervisor reports directly to the company Vice President who is also Manager of Operations. He works hand in hand with the Supervisor to ensure all crews are performing safely, in a quality manner, and at expected production levels.

Equipment

Insulation For Life equips their crews with the best rigs available. Each rig is fully self contained with a three phase generator producing all the power required for installation. In addition, we use only the largest capacity plural component sprayers available, capable of spraying up to 38 lbs of material per minute. Every other spray crew from any other company that we have ever observed uses the smaller 16 lbs/min machines and generally connects to on site power. By equipping our crews with machines capable of over twice the output, we are simply able to install much more material in a day, meaning the jobs a completed faster.
