McCommas Bluff Eco Business Park

This project for the City of Dallas was their first building certified by the US Green Building Councils LEED program. This office building is located south of Dallas near the old land fill. Steel studs were set out from the concrete panels to allow Icynene to create a thermal break between the two when it was sprayed. Icynene was sprayed in all exterior walls, while SIPs panels were used for the roof. The finished building recieved a LEED silver designation for increased efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
