Rural Collin County
Rural Collin County. Using The Icynene Foam Insulation System is an effective air barrier can seal the house from outside pollutants. Building a house in a rural area can pose some unique issues with bugs, dust, allergens, etc. Icynene houses are cleaner inside. Since Icyene spray foam is an effective air barrier, it blocks polutants from ever getting in the house. Using Icynene means less dusting, less sneazing, and more comfort inside your home. Fiberglass insulation essentially acts like a filter. It can not stop air from flowing through a wall cavity. When air flows through a wall cavity it brings moisture, pollutants, and heat with it. Icynene is the superior insulation choice. |
7,000 sq. ft. Custom Home
7,000 sq. ft. Custom Home. Usually the more complex a home gets the harder it is to insulate. Areas where there are ceiling height changes, vaulted, ceilings, bonus rooms, and walk in attic accesses are all difficult areas to insulate. Icynene foam insulation can be applied directly to the underside of the roofdeck, thus encapsulating the entire attic inside conditioned air space. When the attic is "cathedralized" like this there are no vents in the attic area. The temperature inside the attic amazingly stays with 5-8 degrees of the setpoint of the thermostat. That is using The Icynene Foam Insulation System to the inth degree. |
Custom Frisco Home
Custom Frisco Home. A home built with The Icynene Foam Insulation System in place, means that the house having the foam insulation will cost as much as 40-60% less to heat and cool compared to a traditionally insulated home. Try that for energy savings! The Icynene Foam Inusation System will cost more upfront but it will pay for itself very quickly. If you are financing your home you will save more than the additional cost on your mortgage. This will increase your cashflow. In addition your home will be more comfortable because your airconditioning system will have no problem maintaining 35-55% relative humidity inside the house. This will help to improve cooling costs by working less and more efficiently thus you will save more money. |
